Refund Policy

Service-Based Nature

Since our offerings are professional services (strength training, conditioning, nutrition guidance, and coaching), refunds are limited and apply only under specific conditions.

Non-Refundable Services

Once a service (training session, nutrition consultation, or coaching program) has been delivered, it is non-refundable.

Advance Payments

Payments made for personalized programs, packages, or sessions are considered final.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind or inability to commit due to personal reasons.

Cancellations Before Service Start

If you cancel before the first session or program begins, you may request a partial refund (processing charges may apply).

Missed Sessions

Missed or unattended sessions will not be refunded. However, rescheduling may be allowed if notified within the specified time (e.g., 24 hours in advance).

Technical Issues (Online Services)

If a technical issue on our end prevents the session from happening, we will reschedule at no extra cost.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, with valid proof and subject to review.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method.
